A team-management platform for high school track and cross country programs: athlete and parent registration, attendance, uniforms, team email, and an AI assistant that drafts communications. In production for Truckee XC.
Highlights
- Built a coach admin dashboard and an athlete and parent portal for onboarding, calendars, inbox, and uniforms.
- Added event RSVPs and attendance, season rollover, uniform checkout, and team store orders.
- Created an AI email assistant that drafts team messages from reusable context modules and learned memory, with delivery tracking.
- Added guardrails so staging, which runs on cloned real records, can never email real families.
